Scope

This Return Policy applies to services offered by Dyxvalonglox, including consultations, styling sessions, and related deliverables.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as communicated at booking.
  • We will work with you to find the next available time if you need to reschedule.

Refunds

  • Prepaid services are refundable when cancelled with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled appointment.
  • Services already delivered (including virtual or in-person sessions) are generally non-refundable, as value is provided during the consultation.
  • If you believe a service was not delivered as described, contact us within 7 days so we can review and make it right.

Packages and Digital Deliverables

  • Styling guides, lookbooks, and shopping lists delivered digitally are non-returnable once provided.
  • For multi-session packages, unused sessions can be rescheduled within the agreed package term.

How to Request a Return or Review

To request a cancellation, refund review, or schedule change, please contact us with your name, booking details, and preferred resolution. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
